Your videos. Your practice.
Privacy policy
Draft updated October 16, 2026
Dance Eye Pro is developed by Nemanja Filipovic. This policy describes the app’s handling of videos and practice projects, and how support messages and this website are handled. Contact: novamadart@gmail.com.
The app processes your practice videos on your device. It does not require a Dance Eye Pro account, and the reviewed versions do not include advertising, developer-operated analytics, or an automatic crash-reporting service.
Videos and practice projects
The app accesses files and folders you select through your device’s file picker. It processes video and audio for playback, generates preview thumbnails, and saves practice information such as markers, beat timings, notes, movement annotations and playback settings.
Project files can contain a thumbnail, video name, size, timestamps, file location or access reference, along with your practice information. The app can keep local copies of videos and temporary ZIP files, saved file-access permissions and recovery data so it can reopen your work.
Dance Eye Pro does not automatically upload your videos or projects to a server operated by the developer. Its Apple video playback service connects within the device; it is not an internet video-upload service.
Files, backups and cloud providers you choose
A folder or file selected through the system picker may be managed by iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive or another provider. Reading or saving there may cause downloads or syncing under that provider’s settings and privacy policy. Device backups may also include app data, depending on your operating system and backup settings. These services are separate from developer-operated data collection.
Sharing is your choice
When you export a shared ZIP, it includes the video and project information. When you choose an app or recipient in the system share menu, that service receives the file you choose to send and handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.
Check the video, notes, annotations, thumbnail and file information before sharing. Only share content you have permission to share. The developer does not receive a copy merely because you open the share menu.
Storage and deletion
Saved projects and exported ZIPs remain where you save them until you delete them. Deleting a project does not necessarily delete its original video, exported ZIPs, copies sent to others, or files retained by a cloud provider.
The app also uses local preferences, recovery storage and caches. The Clear action resets the current workspace; it does not promise to erase every saved file or recovery copy. Your device’s app-data or browser-storage controls can remove local app storage where supported. Uninstalling does not necessarily remove files saved outside the app, backups or cloud copies. Keep backups of work you want to retain.
Support email
If you email support, Nemanja Filipovic receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to include. These are used to answer your request, troubleshoot problems and handle related follow-up. Messages are handled through Gmail, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve and follow up on the request, or to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask for deletion by emailing the support address; this does not erase copies held by your email provider or override required retention.
Store purchases and diagnostics
Apple or Google handles purchases made through its store and applies its own privacy policy. The app does not collect your payment-card details. Store platforms may make sales summaries or diagnostics available to developers under their platform policies and your device settings. This is separate from an analytics or crash-reporting SDK built into Dance Eye Pro.
Direct Windows sales are not active on this preview. This policy will be updated with the selected checkout provider and relevant information before website purchases are enabled.
This website
This draft website has no advertising, tracking pixels, embedded third-party videos, external fonts or analytics scripts. It does not require an account or provide an upload form.
When the website is published, its hosting provider will process technical request information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and timestamps to deliver and secure the site. Cloudflare is the planned hosting provider; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Following a store link or emailing support takes you to another service.
Changes and contact
This policy will be updated if the app or website’s data practices change. The current policy and date will appear on this page. For privacy questions or requests about information you sent to support, contact Nemanja Filipovic at novamadart@gmail.com.
